Last Sunday I recorded my second episode of the podcast "Spoon-Fed Trauma." After recording my first episode, where we talked about "Voicemails from My Sister: Stories of a Schizoaffective Sibling," hosts Liane and Heather invited me back to discuss "Down the Rabbit Hole: A Memoir of Abuse, Addiction and Recovery."
"The second episode is even better than the first!" Heather said.
I am so excited for these episodes to air, as we delved into deep issues and explored how to recover from trauma.
