Yesterday, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinical Supervisor & Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Deborah Ashway, interviewed me for her podcast Healing From Toxic Abuse.

Beautiful, intelligent Deborah read Ironing Out My Life, (and loved it), and the two of us had a very full hour conversation about defining abuse, calling it out and choosing to break free from it.
