Did I take an anti-psychotic or smoke crack?

And the hunt for the correct cocktail of antidepressants continues.

4 days ago I started Abilify. Technically an anti-psychotic, Abilify can be used as a supplement to kick-start antidepressants in patients with major depressive disorder.

I haven't slept in 4 days. I am jumpy, shaky... and uber productive.

Uh-oh.

The good news is - I don't like feeling this way. The bad news is, my addiction does.

I have an appointment with the psychiatrist in a week. Perhaps the caffeinated side effects are simply because the Abilify is a new medication, and they'll wear off and even out. Or maybe not. We shall see...
